DOUBLE-LEAF DOORS

Sometimes, for various reasons, the use of modern sectional door systems is impossible, whether for technical, architectural or other reasons, where double-leaf (hinged) door systems are successfully used.
Our engineers have developed a unique double-leaf door design with the intention of preserving its traditional character while utilizing the latest generation of materials and technologies, including the following solutions:

• The leaves are made of galvanized steel sheets with a wide range of designs, protected against corrosion with polyester paints or additionally veneered.
• The doors are standardly thermally and acoustically insulated with 40 mm thick polyurethane foam.
• Durable riveted connection of the jamb with the door leaves, enabling long-term, maintenance-free, and safe use.
• Aluminum slat hinge – protecting the door leaf from falling.
• Movable foot to prevent uncontrolled closing.
• A lock with a handle and a patent insert ensuring safety against opening the door from the outside.
• Passive doors equipped with a double locking mechanism that utilizes both an upper and lower bolt.
• Possibility of asymmetrical division of the wings, ensuring individuality of the design or its different functionality.
